absolutely perfect service. he did warranty work for a home insurance company. had a horrible experience with the prior company that came through the insurance company. Quincy responded right away. he called, came the next morning, diagnosed problem and it was fixed within a few days. covered by insurance but he price for the job would have been so much cheaper than other servicers. he was the best repair person i have ever had. will highly recommend him to anyone. and, I own an appliance repair company so I am very aware of great service.

Our furnace stopped working on the weekend. I called First Goal Heating & Cooling and was told someone would be at my home in an hour. Exactly an hour later, Quincy (our savior) arrived at our home and worked to fix the furnace so my wife and children would not freeze. Quincy was courteous, efficient, and great at what he does.
